Hopping Around with Wow Manila Sakay Na! Following in the tire tracks of similar initiatives in Singapore, Australia, and Europe, transport group Busina Company has recently led a revolution in the tourist services sector by launching the Wow Manila Sakay Na! Hop On Hop Off experience. Tourists can jump on any one of the distinctive service vehicles at 15 pickup points throughout the metropolis, jump off at their desired destinations, then rejoin the tour at any other stop of their choosing. It’s a no-hassle, set-your-own-pace, do-it-yourself tour – with the added benefits of a distinctively cheerful ride and lots of information along the way, courtesy of drivers equipped with relevant information about each site on the itinerary, maps, and even audiovisual presentations. At present, the Wow Manila Sakay Na! tours serve three major routes: an Intramuros Cultural Heritage Tour, a Sunset Cocktail Cruise on Manila Bay that features the M/V Spirit of Manila dinner and drinks experience, and the Makati-centric Spa and Shopping Spree Tour. For PHP500 per head, tourists can plan out their own mini-tours of Metropolitan Manila. The tours run from 9 AM to 5 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays, and from 10 AM to 5 PM from Wednesdays to Sundays.
